LAMO is produced in Italy, and better in Eboli, in the green plain of the river Sele. The buffalo milk used to produce it comes from only highly selected farms. The technology and the production process applied are both in full compliance with the most advanced and strict international standards for food industry. The short shelf life has limited until today the spreading of the real Italian buffalo mozzarella in export markets, but now thanks to LAMO also in faraway countries it can be enjoyed as fresh as just produced.
